The hiring started at my college. This lead to a phone interview. After a tour of the office and introduction PowerPoint presentation, you will probably interview with 2 employees: typically 2 supervisors. The interview primarily deals with behavioral style questions. They're looking for specific questions and detailed answers. "What was your thought process?" Interviews are about an hour long. They're looking for a good story teller. Also, be prepared to answer the "why you" in other words- why should we choose you.

two phone interviews then an in person interview. Got a fairly quick process and lots of information from the interviews. Spoke with two different recruiters with the same name that was pretty confusing

The first interview was via phone. That was usual questions.....tell us about yourself......tell us how you deal with pressure......, if that goes well, you are then called into the offices, given a tour and a description of the company, and later reviewed by 2 - 3 people in that department
