Next day I received the email says I am still in consideration but after a week I re contacted them they said I am no longer in consideration .

You don’t talk to anyone and record yourself answering questions. It is pretty weird and feels disingenuous. You get multiple tries for each answer. I wish after the time you gave that they would offer some criticism on your responses.
