Started with an initial phone screen, followed by a technical manager interview. You are asked to do a presentation on a relevant topic you then present at a panel interview. Minimal guidance is given and research is required. Last step is an executive interview after you pass the panel. Process was very drawn out and their was poor communication throughout. Recruiters called at odd hours (post 7pm) to coordinate meetings. Some of the panel interviewers werent sociable, anxious and disinterested and stressed. My takeaway was that they must stressed, i didnt get a good vibe of the culture. On the technical side, some of the managers couldnt answer questions in had and appeared to not have a grasp of the material themselves. Overall I was left with a bad impression and dissuaded from wanting to work for Tmobile.

Phone interview with the HR followed by a couple of face to face interviews to meet the hiring manager and the team.
