I applied online and received a call back by the lead recruiter in about a week. They ask questions regarding the relevance of your experience to the job posted. They weave in what the job entails in the process, basically looking for fit. They then called me back for an onsite interview a week later. I'm in the process of going for the onsite interview.

First interview I had it was with the other Admin Assistant, HR Manager and Office Manager Second interview I had was with the Senior Executive I would be working for. Once I interviewed with him it went pretty smooth they called me within a week and offered the position to me. They then submitted an acceptance letter to me and it went from there.
