First two interviews were two days apart and then I didn’t heR back for a month. I got a verbal offer but the pay was EXTREMELY low. I e planned I would need to to be higher and why I would need it higher. The hiring manager asked me to let him see what he could do. I even emailed him over an offer letter (that he asked for) I got with another company same role and the base pay was higher than their OTE. I texted him to check in and have been ghosted. Just super unprofessional, was looking forward to potentially working TMobile but if this is how working for them would be glad I never heard back.
