I applied internally in March 2023, but even after sending several emails requesting an update on the status, I never received a response until June 2023. At that time the recruiter requested to discuss the role with me later that day and I accepted, however, it would be another week of ghosting before hearing back from them. After the initial screening I had a Zoom interview with the hiring manager about a week later, followed by a panel interview with three of the current team members about two weeks later. This seemed to go well and would have been the final round. But of course, everyone went silent yet again, including unanswered emails. The recruiter finally reached back out about two weeks later letting me know that the position was being pulled indefinitely and that she had been under the impression the hiring manager had already contacted me. Four months worth of ghosting and three interviews was a huge disappointment, but I guess I should consider myself lucky because "reorganization" seems to be the norm for T-Mobile now.
