As a leader there's a whole guide on Q&A as well as what to listen for (action; behaviors; next steps) but no sort of study guide or leader attempt to improve chances of succeeding by role playing or showing enthusiasm and support sure there's programs and "special assignments " that are supposed to increase chances but they're meaningless in the unspoken "Mob mentality" I believe that a 3rd party that is not "connected " should be involved in the process to get a fair assessment this talent scout should spend some time prior to interview to get a transparency of what's needed to get to the next level and this talent scout should pro actively engage in persons development during the career of the individual ; at the very least this talent scout should have analyzed numbers minimum 6 month history researched what extra steps they have conducted to increase chances and have a story of the individual based on their internal portfolio

Easy and very professionally. Fist interview two managers, then if you pass of selected goes to second interview with the district manager. For last the call for the verbal offer then wait for background check and finally the oficial compensation offer.

All way focus on your experience y Pacino to work with it
Very unorthodox but in a good way. They asked questions that made you think on the spot that you normally do not hear. You did have to have a business plan which is a harder thing to have when applying externally.
2 interviews STORE MANAGER THEN DISTRICT MANAGER in person then virtual. Assessment taken before hand interviews. Interview was about 45 minutes long asking questions about prior experiences and role play scenarios.
