Gave resume at a Career Fair. Courteous HR people. In person interview. 10 minutes with the HR person. Then with the manager. The manager was very nice. Introduced me to the team and took be around the lab. Felt very comfortable with the team and environment.
The process took around few weeks. After the offer they asked me to do a background check.

There were 2 rounds of interviews. One phone call with recruiter and one phone call with hiring managers. Both were around 30 minutes long. Total time from application to decision was about 1 month.

Why are you interested in working in this department?
Nice interview, mostly behavioral questions that were pretty typical of the interview. The hiring manager was very interested in my experience and my work, which made the interview enjoyable. But overall questions were pretty straightforward, and using the star method was super helpful in answering questions.
