The interview process consisted of a simple phone screen and an in depth phone interview with the hiring manager. I did have one face to face with my peer group, but it was more of a formality. The interview process was slightly unfocused and inconsistent.

Interview Questions are based on the STAR Model: Situation, Task, Action & Response. They are looking for specific competencies, the ability to effectively communicate- it is based on lominger competencies.
I spoke with maybe 4 recruiters who all asked me the same questions throughout a 5-week time period. Then after not hearing back for 2 weeks, I received a call stating I would not move forward. I felt as if I was strung along and the process was unorganized.

It was very thorough and was not rushed. Everything was proffessional and the expectations of the role were clear. All my questions were answered and the communication was great. I would apply again and go through the process for another position.

Two step process including a phone interview and a f2f interview. I applied in July, was called in October to begin the process, and started in January. It was a long process, but worth it.
