It was a three step process. After I submitted my application I was contacted by phone from the store manager. After the store manager contacted me , she sent me a spark hire link , which I had 48 hours to complete. And a decision was made after the 3rd step.

The interview felt relaxed and conversational. The interviewer asked clear, straightforward questions about my experience and goals. I felt prepared, confident, and comfortable throughout, making it an easy and positive experience overall.
straight forward process really robust areas of questioning revolving around sales and customer service. Overall the interview was smooth straight forward the managers were well versed in asking detailed questions.

Entrevista
Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
