Applied online and they called to schedule to take test at call center. After passing the test - they then have you come in for an interview. As part of the interview you get to sit in with a current employee to see how it is done. They will ask if you can handle irate customers who cuss and yell at you - since you are not allowed to hang up on abusive customers.
