The interview experience was great! The first thing I did before I was asked any questions was sit with a senior rep and hear actual live calls. It was great to have the insight to exactly the job i'd be performing and made me feel a bit more comfortable prior to being interviewed. Now the interview was a bit intense; they use the STAR behavioral method of interviewing which requires quite a bit of detail and well thought out answers. Be sure to rack your brain for previous experiences with clients and coworkers and try and recall as much detail as possible.

Since they ask you to recall VERY detailed accounts I would say the most difficult question was about recalling a time when you had to make a decision that was difficult.
It’s a grueling process. Do several interviews before you go in for an actual interview. It’s more like a mixer. Meet a variety of people then do a one on one.
The interview went well, but when they asked about my desired length of stay, I explained that I wanted to stay for a considerable time, but still launch or perhaps grow the company. The interviewer then went on a rant about how they thought they would only stay at this job for a short while, and their enthusiasm seemed to wane.
After completing a phone interview there was an in person interview.There were two people doing the interview one person asked the questions the other took notes. It didn't last long and they were very nice.
