Good interview, it was quite quick, got back to me within a couple of days, asked about what I know about the company and the different stores in my area.

Very straightforward and the interviewer was easy to speak to, he/she described the process well and kept my mind at ease. I enjoyed the process and have no complaints regarding the interview and interviewers

Had to go through several competency-based questions and scenario questions, e.g., what would you do in this scenario, etc. Questions were relatively straight-forward. There was then a paper 'exam' I had to fill out with similar questions, before being asked about my relevant experience and how much time I could commit.
