casual, boss was friendly asked a few scenario questions and told me about the company. they offered me the job within the day and i started the following week. we had to take a test as part of the interview process, scenario select an option questions.

They asked STAR based interview questions e.g give me a time you worked well in a team. Process was an online assessment and then one interview. Heard back the next day which was quick.

Very easy going and informal. Was interviewed by the operations manager and he introduced himself and then asked me to introduce myself. He asked a few questions about experience like "can you give me an example where you made a mistake and resolved it?" and then asked about my availabilty. The staff are super friendly and welcoming
