Applied on job site then received email from recruitment saying I have progressed to interview stage, got a phone call from store manager couple of days later went to group interview.
Have to introduce and talk a little bit about yourself.
Group question time.
then week later received offer of employment.
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
