There are total of three rounds for the interview process
First-round General Aptitude test with the program (General IQ level questions and pattern programs, basic 2-3 programs)
Second round Technical round (all technical questions regarding Java / C# / .Net)
Third round HR round (Package discussion, Commitment, Agreement information, Residential Location discussion)
The whole process takes time if you are from any college.
