      System73 Interview Process Step 1: Contact from an external headhunter The first step in the System73 interview process is a contact from an external headhunter. The headhunter will provide you with basic information about the company, including the fact that the only available employment contracts are in the Canary Islands. If you are not willing to relocate, you will be offered a freelance contract with a very opaque payment structure. Step 2: Personality and intelligence test The second step is a personality and intelligence test. According to reviews, a large number of candidates are rejected at this stage. The company only accepts candidates who fit their personality criteria for the specific role. Step 3: Interview with HR The third step is an interview with HR. The HR representative will ask you questions that you have already answered for the recruiter, including your salary requirements. The HR representative will not disclose the salary range for the position. HR representative does not take her role really serious. Step 4: Technical interview The fourth step is a technical interview that can last 2-3 hours. A project manager and a technical lead will ask you a wide range of questions about your field of expertise. The questions are often very challenging, and it is unlikely that anyone would be able to answer all of them correctly.
