First had a very informal, get-to-know you phone appt. A second interview was immediately scheduled. The interview was conducted by a very young manager, obviously was recently promoted because he didn't quite know how to run a structured interview, the questions were all over the place, very vague and not very specific. I found that I had to ask a lot of questions because so much was not said on their part. I believe it came across more as a personality assessment and less of an experience assessment. I felt that I should have been more "on" and selling myself and not rely on my background/experience.

You will experience a phone interview with a recruiter, then two zoom interviews. If you make it past these, you will then have to interview with the branch amanger and sales manager in person.
