I recently had a call with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, and I found the conversation to be extremely positive. My questions were answered thoughtfully and professionally, and I found her insights valuable. Following the call, I was asked to complete a CCAT assessment (this is the first time I’ve been asked to complete this for a role of this nature), which I answered to the best of my ability within the 15-minute time frame. However, I later received an email informing me that I didn’t meet the required standard. While I understand that assessments may be part of the process, I was hoping for some feedback on my results to better understand where I might have fallen short. It’s a bit disappointing, as I felt my current skill set aligned well with the role.
