It wasn't very thorough, everything scattered, place smells weird and the managers have a fishy sense of trying to manipulate you when they're asking questions. Didn't really get a good sense of good morale.

First interview went well then moved on to the second round for an in person interview. It was going okay until I was asked more about my previous company rather than about myself, a certain employee was very rude during the whole interview process and had a negative attitude the whole interview. After this they never reached out again. They could not answer how their company culture is without struggling. Very small and disorganized laboratories with some rude employees.
