The entire interview process was very professional and speedy. After speaking with a phone conversation with a recruiter, I was contacted to schedule for in-person interview with the hiring manager immediately followed by in-person stakeholder interviews. It all happened within 1-2 weeks time frame. My first impression: everyone is very respectful and transparent. I particularly appreciated the approach that "we are equally interested in each other and interviews are to find out if we are good match” instead of typical “I will test to see if you are good enough of us”.
