I had 4 different interviews, all with different people. While the process went well, one intereview was very memorable as the interviewer seemed interested in me not only as an employee but as a person. He offered suggestions to improve myself and was very energetic. Be prepared to sell a random object you have no information about (I had to sell an Easy Button). Know why you want to work at Sysco and know the company very well before interviewing and be sure to ask plenty of questions. In the end I didn't recieve an offer, but a good experience will serve me well in the future.

It went well. Nice people. They were interested in my interest in food sales and my desire to work hard. I met with three different people. They seem to want to build a strong team.
The interview process was very long and fairly disorganized. First, there is a phone interview, then I was invited to a hotel for in-person interviews. After a few weeks, I was asked to come to the ofiices for another interview.
I was interviewed by 3 different people in a round robin process. Each interview was private and then I would move on the next person for the interview. All interviewers were polite and nice.
