Process started with a normal submission of application followed by numerical and reasoning online questions (tip: answer as honestly as possible as they will look for these in the assessment centre). At the end of the online question, there is a video interview to record a short answer to one question. If successful, you will receive a phone call and be asked a few competency-based questions. After that will be an invitation to a one-day assessment centre. It is a very intensive assessment day consisting of a group exercise, role play, one-to-one interview and an individual presentation. Although it sounds a bit terrifying, the assesors and current graduates are very supportive and are always around for a quick chat if you have any problems throughout the day. It is important to show you are able to lead in a group setting and be calm under pressure.
