Whole process was very frustrating. Initially had a meet scheduled with Hiring manager, in the week after. Suddenly i got a text asking for a 15 min call for the same day with no notice. This call went on for like 1 hour. A lot of personal questions were asked as well. Even though he mentioned my experience wasn't relevant. For the call which was scheduled all of a sudden day prior i was asked to come on site which i respectfully declined and asked if we can do the schedule meet. Which was he replied it had to be done along with another call which is on campus which was said to be done 2 days after. Basically he made 1 hour round to a 2 Hour on campus round on the fly. When i asked for the address a day before this on campus call... I got to know the Hiring manager was not available and didn't even bother to communicate. After that i stopped any communication and tried getting in contact with the Recruiter but they didn't help much either. Overall a very frustrating experience. Seems like HM had absolutely no respect for time and seemed very unprofessional.

There were several stages to the interview process. Required a lot of time, but in the end, it was well worth the effort. The interview panel was very supportive and encouraging.

The Interview process is quite fast, around 2 weeks or so. consisted of 5 total interviews, first with talent acquisition, twice from the regional team, once regional lead, once with HR. All of the interviewers are a very good engineers, professional yet practical but also not intimidating,
