The interviews can usually be done in person or via Skype or the like. I did mine on campus and it was very quick and painless. As stated below, these interviews feel more like an easy conversation than a Q & A session. The only negative is that you can have a productive interview and then wait for a bit of time before you get on a project. It is just unpredictable when first getting your feet wet.

I applied online, and was emailed back for a phone Interview. Alana was very nice and the whole thing lasted about 20 minutes. She was very helpful and forthcoming with all my questions
