Technical interview was good, answered all questions and even interviewers were so amazing but it was my worst interview experience due to hiring HR as after the technical interview she had informed me that I have been selected and she asked me on mail to share my all documents including salary slips, epf statements, bank statements and form 16 etc but she kept me waiting for the offer letter for 2 weeks then eventually when i aaked her on mail, she told me business requirement for the position on hold, it was so embarrassing for me but i remember she was laughing at that moment and not followed even basic HR etiquette, but i got another offer from the top market leader company but i won't apply or entertain any request for the employment at Syneos.
