I had 1 interview the HR, then 1 interview with 2 senior directors. I had to present a 20 minutes presentation to which they asked a few follow up questions. Most of the questions asked outside of the presentation were concerning my line management capabilities and my management style. Once the interview was over I heard nothing for 1 month, I then got a call saying I did indeed get the job.
