Expect at least 3 or more rounds of interviews. Initially it's with the recruiter, hiring manager/VP of Sales and the final interview. If you are prepared, you will do well. Be sure to prepare your answers before hand with confidence.

What attracted you to this company/position? Why am I interested in this position? What qualifications do I have makes me a good fit? Tell me about a time when you had to deliver on a commitment that was difficult for you. Tell me about a time you set a stretch goal for yourself that was above and beyond what you were expected to deliver. Tell me about a time you had to deal with a dissatisfied or difficult customer and worked to restore the relationship.

First phone call was brief description of job and territory. 2nd interview was reviewing my resume. Waiting on 3rd interview. I was told it would be with a higher up-45 min zoom call.
