Sequence of 1-1 meetings with most senior managers after some initial phone screening, the interviews were ad-hoc and most managers had not read my resume or had only briefly glanced at it prior to the interview, many of the questions and answers were the same from one interview to the next.

Phone Screening with Recruiter, Phone Screen with Management then Onsite Meeting with roughly four people. Straight forward and want you to be process oriented. High interest in the employee as you were approached but want to learn past skill set and how you had success in past roles.
