I met with the recruiter who told me I was a great fit. Had a wonderful experience during the screening. I moved onto the next stage. Ten minutes into the second interview with the hiring manager and their colleague, I was told that I was severely underqualified. They then proceeded to mansplain to me about why I was underqualified. I was well aware of this fact but was told during my screening that I would be a good fit. Very poor experience.
