Online interview - the team was late to the interview and disorganised. They didn’t ask any follow up questions and didn’t enjoy hearing any questions about the company itself. They then completely ghosted after the first interview which is highly unprofessional and lazy. Their website and current marketing approach is pretty lackluster and they were fairly ambiguous on what they wanted someone to come in and do for them.
