The interview process has the following steps: 1. Recruiter interview 2. Head of development interview 3. Building android application (roughly takes 20 hours since they require production level quality) 4. White board interview (1.5 hours reverse engineering sorting algorithms) 5. Technical interview (1.5 hours of generic Android questions) 6. HR interview (1.5 hours of your past experiences) 7. Exit interview with the recruiter 8. Exit interview with the head of development For me it took more than three months and got rejected with a vague reason that i did not want to work for Symphony because i loved the company or the product - i wanted to work for Symphony because i wanted to move to France (which is true). For me it was a complete waste of time and energy. Hope this helps somebody.
