After submitting the application general contact came in rather quickly. Firstly, you have to do a test which takes up to two hours. After if the submission was successful, they will contact you for a formal interview. Which is fine so far... What the issue is that they ask you all the questions about why would want to work there, what is your motivation etc. just a few hours before the interview. Appalling as until that point when they send mentioned questionnaire, they are not telling you the salary ban... or if they sponsor or not... just a few hours before the interview so you have waisted at least 3 hours on this application process when you might not even be eligible.
