Pretty standard 3-steps interview process: HR-screening / technical interview / Hiring manager interview. I passed all 3 of them and waited for their feedback for a week then tried to get in touch with them. Total ignore from their side. When I completely forgot about them in almost a month they finally sent a response. Such a rude treatment pretty corresponds to Glassdoor feedbacks

Mostly about my prev experience and how I did use different technologies. Plus simple leetcode coding task.
Brief 15 min recruiter screening, 3 45 min on-sight interviews, all primarily background/ resume related questions. 1 final 30 min interview with director, more informational for interviewee to ask questions.

Entrevista
Recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn, to which I replied. Weeks went by before recruiter asked if I was still interested to which I replied in positive. Time went by and this process repeated. After 6 months I finally interviewed, twice. Both went well with manager but I was ghosted again.
