Very standard and straightforward. Most of the interview was explaining the Sylvan program. Basically they want to know if you work with kids well, if you have the education to be a tutor, and if you're ok working with the Sylvan program and iPads

Phone screening going over your resume followed by in-person interview. Not really “questions” so much as going over your resume followed by asking about availability and explaining their program from my recollection. Be prepared to explain any gaps in resume, that’s as hard as it’ll get.
