Describe a difficult situation you encountered recently and how you resolved, and the outcome.
Simple three way teams call with HR, 2 senior managers, simple overview of project and role and then questions around my experience and expertise and history. Questions focused on team work and how I work under pressure, seeing the project spec it makes sense.

Entrevista
Received a short phone interview from a talent specialist which was formal and brief. She asked me two questions at most.
A face-to-face interview with a panel of 3 interviewees. One of the questions were fairly tough to give an example as I honestly lacked the site experience, however I gave it my best shot. Give names of the standards, procedures and principles documents you have used and how you've used it.
