      Entrevista

      I made it through two steps of the interview process: a phone screen and an in-person Interview with four of the team members. Although I didn't get the job, it was an overall positive experience. The interview flowed well and didn't seem like you were being grilled. It definitely is not an easy interview though, as Swoon is definitely looking for the best cultural fit. It definitely had a more laid back, less corporate feel so dress accordingly.

      Swoon really preps candidates well going into interviews! Here is a bit about my experience: 1-They found me on LinkedIn and set up a quick phone chat to tell me more about the role (the same day). 2-I had my first interview a couple days later with my (future) direct manager. It was very conversational and genuine, which made me feel extra comfortable. They told me at the end that I would be moving forward to the final (panel) interview. 3-In the meantime, a talent acquisition partner sent over some instructions for the presentation. They really want you to succeed and prep you to get the full Swoon experience. You can ask questions or even send over your presentation for feedback prior to the interview. It was incredible! 4-Final panel interview was scheduled a few days later, though I was offered more time if i needed it. Make sure you practice your presentation well and pose questions to the panel at the end. From beginning to end, it took about a week for the whole process.

      Very rushed process. They had me do 6 calls within a week. The recruiter I was working with did not let me know until I reached out which is very unprofessional. Did not receive feedback.

      The process started with a phone screening then a Skype interview. The recruiter Shanda was extremely kind during the process. Afterwards, I was brought in to interview with two other managers, Lisa & Maggie who both were nice as well. The final step was a 5-10 min panel presentation which went really well at first. However, the hiring manager seemed very rude and offputting. I was told I would hear back in 24 hours and it's been several days. I even sent a follow up email, but never received a response. It's really disappointing but I guess I was just another candidate used to meet recruiting metrics.
