1. HireVue recorded video interview - didn't love this, but once I got used to the format, it wasn't so bad. Typical behavioral type questions. 2. Interview with 2 colleagues - review of underwriting case study and conversational interview about experience 3. Interview with hiring manager and 1 colleague - conversational interview about experience 4. HR interview - conversational interview about experience and then benefit/salary discussion

Overall good impression, I had three interviews, first with head of the team, then with underwriter and an other underwriter. All were via phone, interview were more like conversation than actual interview

How long have you been in insurance?
Pretty standard behavioral questions and past work experience questions. First call was with hr and hiring manager. Very nice people. Overall, the interview process took around once and a half months
