I was brought on-site for an interview after meeting recruiters at a campus fair. The interview was a fairly straightforward review of my resume + standard behavior questions. I received an offer a week later but was not yet sold on the company, so I did a shadow of 2 people. The first person seemed disinterested in his work, so I became disinterested in the company. The office environment seemed nice but ultimately not an exciting place to work. Passed for a better opportunity.
