Applied online. Interviewed in person with a group. Most questions were not too technical. They basically wanted to know, in detail, what kind of machine learning magic you will do; however, none of the interviewers have any experience in this area. As a result, expectations may be unrealistically high due to the current ML/AI hype. They will also have you take a Wonderlic test and personality test. For a tech job, the pay seems modest even for Fort Wayne. Also, work hours are pretty inflexible 8-5 M-F, no remote working. Initial PTO is super low as well. Finally, after over a month they never gave a decision. Very unimpressed overall.
