A highly educated, young man on the interview panel asked me questions about my marital status, number of children I have, age of my children and who will take care of my children while I am at work?
Written Task 1: What is it that you stand for and what do you feel that is needed urgently in the present world? What is the vision that you pursue and the reasons behind the persuasion? How do the role and the vision of the organization help you to achieve or advance towards your vision?
Written Task 2: Design program proposal for the government of Andhra Pradesh. Articulate the policy recommendations, produce the proposal for government, design the program, hire facilitators (who will deliver the program) and manage partnerships, among other tasks.
