According to the recruiter, top management (CEO, CIO etc) is extremely open and easily reachable. Despite a very close match of my experience to the declared requirements (get things done in informal and flat structure, etc), the process ended rather unexpectedly after a single interview with a recruiter. No feedback on reasons were given.
