Svitla's HR contacted me via LinkedIn in June 2020. The interview process was organized very well. It was a multistage process. First of all, I had a great Interview with HR, where I was told in detail about the company and the terms and conditions. After that, I had a technical Interview. I answered questions about my experience in different areas and how I resolve difficult situations. Also, I answered different technical questions about programming languages that I use. After passing the technical interview I had the last interview with the customer. It was half technical interview half acquaintance.
