During the interview they will tell you only what you like to hear, they will make you trouble with the contract later and during the working time, they will force you to do exactly what they want trying everything they can to make your life miserable.

We decided a very clear points after i explained my experience, degrees, ecc ecc. but they totally don't care, they will give you a contract only to get the visa, after that they will make you do what they want , they totally don't care about the agreements, work conditions or contract.
