There was a brief an phone interview with a hiring associate which was ~30 minutes and it was all behavioral questions. There was an hour-long online IQ test following an in-person interview with two associates and a hiring manager that was again mainly behavioral questions.

I had a phone call with the recruiter, Addie. She asked why I was interested in the position itself, as well as the clinical research space. Then, she just had me take her through my resume, most recent jobs, education, etc. She was so incredibly nice and easy to talk to. She called me back within a couple days to let me know they won't be moving forward with me but that it wasn't a 'no' to me or my background, but rather just awkward timing. By the time me and Addie had our first phone call, the job had already been closed, so I kind of figured. She was super kind about it and it was so much better than being ghosted by recruiters!! She told me they'd keep me in mind for future opportunities as well.
