I never made it that far. I was ghosted 3 times for a phone interview. The first time for "I don't know why" and the second time after rescheduling for the first time. The third time was a semi-ghosting because after arranging a time, they sent me an email 12:50 at night, the day of the phone interview. I don't think I've been so professionally disrespected. Once is an accident. Twice is hmm. Three times is on purpose.
