The person who did the phone interview was very thorough and pleasant. Even though I did not get the position, I learn from each interaction and get more comfortable with the process.

I had mine in the morning but the people giving my interview were so nice. I actually enjoyed the interview. Really well conversation, gave them some info about myself. I asked follow up questions too. Given this was my first job interview, I felt confident finishing. I even got the job.
