Phone interview was great, I learned a lot about the job and felt really confident afterwards. My recruiter was Jake and I think he really knows what he’s doing! He really set me up to understand the role i was applying for.

Tell me about a time when you had to overcome a conflict at work.
I had mine in the morning but the people giving my interview were so nice. I actually enjoyed the interview. Really well conversation, gave them some info about myself. I asked follow up questions too. Given this was my first job interview, I felt confident finishing. I even got the job.
