Entrevista
Initial Interview
-They will gauge your communication skills by asking you questions regarding your previous job experiences, hobbies, etc. Just your average icebreaker questions.
Final Interview
-Depending on the account that you will be placed in, there are some technical questions regarding computers (browsers, routers, etc.)
Currently I cleared the 1st round and waiting for the 2nd round which is the manager round after clearing that there is an assessment to finally get into the company.

Why did you choose BPO to start your career as a fresher?
it was easy. they have various process to test your speech, typing, listening skills. overall very easy process. if you know basic english and able to type you can score well. for typing and listening there are online tests where u can practice
