I got placed for voice process through on campus in my college. They gave me the offer letter and told me to attend one more round which will be conducted after my semester ends. They sent a message that they will get in touch soon on May 5th. Later may 20 they rang me up that , I have to attend walkin and they told they will call back again to tell me the date of interview . But they did not call me . When I rang to Sutherland HR , he told me to attend within two days. So I went from my native to Chennai.i entered the campus by 9 30.There were a big crowd sitting in the waiting room .I joined them. After 11 they managed half of us to make sit in another room . Told us to write the interview experience on campus about their company. After that they made us wait and after 3pm selected few people and sent to HR round. And some to online test.they called my name and made me to do online test. It was aptitude and grammer with 39 mcqs. After that 3 passage writing online test . Again I was waiting for a long time till 6pm .they called out my name for hr interview finally at 6:30 Pm .Told me that they will call me and sent . Really they are cheating 😠. They selected 15 people on campus interview in my college and 1 day it went on. After getting the offer letter again they were having the same rounds. Again waited a full day . I entered at 9:30 and left at 7. Horrible experience. Beware of this . Salary on campus they told 2.3 lakhs per annum but in the company they told. 11500.

The interview mainly checked our communication skills. Beyond that, I wasn’t sure about the process, so I just tried to respond with whatever answers I could manage in the interview
